Description

Trivedi et al reported the Paddington International Virtual Chromoendoscopy Score for patients with ulcerative colitis. The training module contains photographs of the mucosal and vascular appearances. The authors are from multiple institutions in Europe and Canada.

Patient selection: ulerative colitis

Components:

(1) mucosal architecture

(2) vascular architecture

An abbreviated version just uses the mucosal and vascular status without desriptors. This will be used in the implementation.

Score III findings tend to indicate moderate-to-severe or severe disease.

Score 0 findings are seen during remission.
