Civino et al reported the ONCOREUM score for distinguishing pediatric patients with childhood cancer with arthropathy from those with juvenile idiopathic arthritis (JIA). The authors are from multiple institutions in Italy.

Interpretation:
• minimum score: -18
• maximum score: 21.8
• A score >= -6 indicates a higher risk of childhood cancer with arthropathy.
• A score < -6 indicates a higher risk of JIA.
Performance:
• The area under the ROC curve is reported as 0.97.
