Description

Maurer et al reported a nomogram for predicting overall survival for a patient with progression following frontline immunochemotherapy. The authors are from multiple institutions from around the world.

Patient selection: DLBCL with progression following frontline immunochemotherapy

Outcome: 24 month overall survival

Parameters:

(1) age in years at time of progression, from 40 to 80 years

(2) time to progression (TTP) in months after frontline immunochemotherapy, from 0 to 60 months

points for age =

= (-0.0005266 * ((age)^3)) + (0.10013 * ((age)^2)) - (4.8503 * (age)) + 67.65

points for time to progression over 15 to 60 months =

= 65.675 - (1.1144 * (months))

points for time to progression over 0 to 15 months =

= (-0.02975 * ((months)^2)) - (2.8976 * (months)) + 100.64

score =

= (points for age) + (points for TTP)

value of X =

= (-0.00012295 * ((score)^2)) - (0.015552 * (score)) + 1.7801

probability of 24 month overall survival =

= 1 / (1 + EP((-1) * X))
