Description

Ma et al reported a nomogram for predicting survival for a patient who has undergone surgical resection of a gallbladder cancer. This can help to identify a patient who may benefit from more aggressive or a novel therapy. The authors are from multiple institutions in China.

Patient selection: status post resection of a gallbladder cancer

Parameters:

(1) liver invasion

(2) size in cm

(3) perineural invasion

(4) surgical margin (R0 vs R1)
