Description

Ma et al reported a nomogram for evaluating a patient with diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL). The authors are from Sun Yat-sen University, State Key Laboratory of Oncology in South China and Imperial College London.

Patient selection: diffuse large B-cell lymphoma

Parameters:

(1) age in years

(2) type of lymphoma based on the cell of origin (COO)

(3) therapy with rituximab

(4) ECOG performance status

(5) serum LDH in U/L, versus upper limit of normal (ULN)

(6) risk based on immune risk score
