Description

The NICHQ (National Initiative for Children's Healthcare Quality) and American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) have sponsored a set of tools for evaluating children with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) developed at Vanderbilt University. The follow-up scale monitors the core 18 symptoms for ADHD, child performance and adverse effects of medications based on the observations of a teacher. This can be monitored over time to determine the child's need and response to interventions.
