(3) percentage of usual intercourse experiences with involuntary ejaculation before intercourse has started
(4) frequency that you felt that you could decide when to ejaculate
(5) frequency of being worried that you would ejaculate sooner then desired
(6) frequency of ejaculation sooner than you want to
(7) frequency of trying to delay intercourse
