Description

The MPM at 48 hours (MPM-48) collects data from the 24-48 hour period after the patient was admitted to the ICU.

Parameters:

(1) level of consciousness at 48 hours

(2) urine output in mL during any 8 hour interval during 24-48 hour period

(3) level of consciousness at ICU admission

(4) emergency admission

(5) prothrombin time in seconds

(6) FIO2 during 24-48 hour period

(7) cancer as part of present problem

(8) infection confirmed at 48 hours

(9) age in years

(10) total hours of mechanical ventilation in the ICU

(11) total hours of continuous IV vasoactive drug therapy
