Motoric Cognitive Risk (MCR) Syndrome is a predementia syndrome.
Clinical features:
(1) cognitive complaints including memory loss
(2) slow gait with impaired balance, associated with an increase risk of falls
(3) increased risk of cognitive decline with dementia
(4) abnormal movements
(5) disability
(6) variable mood disorders
(7) variable cardiovascular problems (hypertension, peripheral vascular disease, etc)
