The Modified Seoul National University Renal Stone Complexity (S-ReSC) Score can be used to describe the surgical complexity prior to nephrolithotomy.
Patient selection: nephrolithiasis prior to retrograde intrarenal surgery
Outcome: (1) no stones; or (2) non-symptomatic, non-obstructing, and non-infectious stone fragments < 4 mm in diameter
Involvement is binary, irrespective of number of stoones or sizze.
