Scarpi et al modified the Palliative Prognostic Score of Maltoni et al by the addition of delirium assessment in a patient with terminal cancer. The authors are from Istituo Scientifico Romagnolo per lo Studio e la Cura dei Tumori in Meldola and the National Cancer Institute in Milan, Italy.
