Description

Tutor-Ureta et al identified findings on flow cytometry of a bronchoalveolar lavage (BAL) associated with outcome for a patient with pulmonary sarcoidosis. This can help identify a patient who may require more aggressive management. The authors are from Hospital Universitario Puerta de Hierro and Universidad Autonoma de Madrid in Spain.
