= ((elimination rate constant) * (volume of distribution) * [C(max-ss)] * (time for infusion) * (A) / (B))
where:
• A = (1 - (e ^ ((-1) * (elimination rate constant) * (dosing interval))))
• B = (1 - (e ^ ((-1) * (elimination rate constant) * (time for infusion))))
• "time for infusion" is the time when infusion started to when it is completed and is "time 0" for the elimination phase
