Description

Fitzpatrick and Body reported the Manchester Acute Coronary Syndromes ECG (MACS-ECG) risk model. This can help to identify non-ST-elevation ACS (NSTEACS). The authors are from the University of Manchester and the Manchester NHS Foundation Trust.

Parameters:

(1) height of T wave in V1

(2) Wellens Type A

(3) mean ST depression in leads II and III

(4) mean ST depression in leads V2 and V3

(5) mean ST depression in leads V5 and V6
