Description

Kim et al reported a TNM staging system for a primary cutaneous lymphoma other than mycosis fungoides or Sezary Syndrome. The authors are from multiple institutions from Europe and the United States and are members of the International Society for Cutaneous Lymphoma (ISCL) and the Cutaneous Lymphoma Task Force of EORTC.


Patient selection: primary cutaneous lymphoma, not Sezary or mycosis fungoides

Description

T1a

solitary lesion < 5 cm in diameter

T1b

solitary lesion >= 5 cm in diameter

T2a

multiple lesions confined to 1 or 2 contiguous body regions; all disease encompassed in a circle < 15 cm in diameter

T2b

multiple lesions confined to 1 or 2 contiguous body regions; all disease encompassed in a circle 15 to 30 cm in diameter

T2c

multiple lesions confined to 1 or 2 contiguous body regions; all disease encompassed in a circle > 30 cm in diameter

T3a

multiple skin lesions involving 2 noncontiguous body regions

T3b

multiple skin lesions involving >= 3 body regions

1 peripheral lymph node region that drains an area of current or prior skin involvement
