Injuries associated with donkeys:

(1) falls

(2) kicks

(3) stomping, kneeling and trampling

(4) bites to the head and neck

 

Risk factors for injuries from a donkey:

(1) human intoxication

(2) abusive human behavior

(3) mating season

(4) underestimating the potential for injury
