Description

van Walraven et al reported the Hospital-patient One-year Mortality Risk (HOMR) for a predicting one-year mortality for a hospitalized patient. It consists of multiple measures. One measure is a Charlson comorbidity index (CCI) and another is based on age+comorbidity score.

Patient selection: hospitalized patient >= 20 years of age

Parameters:

(1) age in years

(6) dementia

(7) chronic respiratory disease

(8) liver disease

(9) diabetes
