Harada Score in Kawasaki Disease

Description

Harada reported a simple score that identifies a patient with Kawasaki who may be at high risk for coronary artery aneurysms. It can help to identify a patient who may benefit from infusion of immunoglobulin. It The author is from Nihon University in Tokyo.

Patient selection: within 9 days of disease onset, not treated with indomethacin or gamma globulin
