Is the patient receiving an approved regimen for treating H. pylori?

Has the patient been compliant with all of the medications?

Yes

Are the doses for the drugs in the regimen appropriate?

Yes

Does antibiotic susceptibility testing of the H. pylori show it susceptible to the antibiotic in the regimen?

Yes

Purpose: To identify a patient who has failed therapy for Helicobacter pylori who should be phenotyped for CYP2C19.
