Guidelines of Keep and Manford for Selecting the Size of an Endotracheal Tube for a Child

Keep and Manford determined the appropriate size of an endotracheal tube to use in a child based on age, weight and height. The authors felt that selection based on height was the most accurate of the three. The authors are from St. George's Hospital in London and Queen Mary's Hospital for Children in Surrey.
