Goodman and Baron reported a grading system for describing postacne scarring. The authors are from Victoria and Monash University in Victoria, Australia, and the Oregon Health & Science University in Portland.
Parameters affecting facial skin:
(1) macular lesions (erythematous, hyper or hypopigmented)
(2) atrophic or hypertrophic scars
(3) observability
