Description

The degree of ulceration (infarct-related lesion) in the culprit coronary artery after thrombolysis can be graded using the criteria from the Thrombolysis in Myocardial Infarction (TIMI) IIIA trial.

lesion contains a neck with contrast material dissecting under the plaque either proximally or distally
