Description

The expected life of a protective paint is the time interval between one application and a subsequent one.


The durability is affected by several factors:

(1) quality of the patient

(2) condition of the surface being painted

(3) number of coats applied

(4) environmental factors (salt water, rain, sunlight, cold, immersion, etc)

(5) exposure to abrasion
