Superior pole of the calcaneus-Achilles tendon
(1) Achilles tendon >= 5.29 mm
(2) retrocalcaneal bursitis

Inferior pole of the calcaneus-plantar aponeurosis
(1) plantar aponeurosis >= 4.4 mm
