Description

Gerstamann's Syndrome consists of several clinical findings associated with a lesion in the left parietal lobe.


Location of injury: left parietal lobe, usually the left angular gyrus

 

Clinical features:

(1) left-right confusion

(2) fingeragnosia

(3) dyscalculia

(4) variability in determining which of two objects is closer
