Souwer et al reported a prognostic score for an older patient with colorectal cancer. This can help to identify a patient who may require more aggressive management. The authors are from multiple institutions in The Netherlands.
Patient selection: adult with colorectal cancer, age >= 70 years

(1) Katz index for activities of daily living (ADL, from 0 to 6)
(2) fall risk
(3) malnutrition risk (using SNAQ or MUST)
(4) delirium risk
