Clinical features:
(1) abscesses
(2) sinus tract formation
(3) scarring

diffuse abscess formation, sinus tracts and scarring

Complications:
(1) pain
(2) disfigurement
(3) damage to genital organs
(4) psychological reaction
(5) cancer, typically squamous cell carcinoma
(6) fistula formation
(7) lymphedema
