O'Connor et al reported the GADIS score for evaluating a patient with stroke who has undergone a mechanical thrombectomy. This can help to identify a patient with a favorable clinical outcome. The authors are from Oklahoma University Health Sciences Center and the University of Oklahoma at Norman.

Interpretation:
• minimum score: 0
• maximum score: 11
• A score < 6 at discharge was associated with a mRS from 0-2 (no to slight disability).
Performance:
• The cutoff < 6 had a sensitivity 0.83 and specificity 0.81.
