Fordyce spots can involve the vulva.
Clinical features:
(1) multiple small yellowish-white papules that may be glans penis and/or scrotum
(2) may be pruritic
Histologic findings:
(1) sebaceous gland hyperplasia
Differential diagnosis:
(1) HPV infection
