Dairy products (in lactase deficiency):

(6) cauliflower

(7) dietary fiber

(8) garlic

(9) leaks

(10) mushrooms

(11) nuts

(12) onions

(13) spices

(14) sweetcorn (high in fructose)


Beverages with dissolved gases and/or high in fructose:

(1) sodas

(2) fizzy water

(3) beer
