The false discovery rate is the chance of not having a diagnosis if the test returns a positive result (proportion of negative cases incorrectly included).
Parameters:

(2) true positive
false discovery rate =
= (false positive) / ((false positive) + (true positive))
= 1 - (positive predictive value)
