Description

Wilbert-Itzel et al identified factors associated with spontaneous onset of labor in a woman with suspected prelabor rupture of the membranes. These can help identify a woman who is likely to deliver within 24 to 48 hours after presentation. The authors are from Soder Hospital and Karolinska University in Stockholm.
