Familial Mediterranean Fever (FMF) is one of the autoinflammatory periodic fevers. The Eurofever Project and PRINTO developed a score for identifying affected patients.

Interpretation:
• minimum score: 0
• maximum score: 100
• A score >= 50 indicates a patient who may have FMF.
Performance:
• The area under the ROC curve was 0.98.
• The sensitivity ranges from 94 to 97% and specificity ranges from 91 to 98% (training and validation series).
