Eruptive nevi may be triggered by several factors, including medications.
Criteria of Perry et al for ENAM:
(1) appearance of lesions over a 6 month period
(2) appearance temporally related to medication use
(3) exclusion of other causes
(4) one or more of the following:
(4a) >= 6 melanocytic nevi on palmoplantar surfaces
(4b) >= 11 melanocytic nevi anywhere, not associated with puberty or pregnancy
(4c) >= 21 melanocytic nevi anywhere, associated with puberty or pregnancy
