(1) age in years

(2) gender

(3) demi-armspan in cm (distance from the midpoint of the sternal notch to the finger roots (not tips) with the arm outstretched laterally

 

height for male in cm =

= (1.30 * (demispan)) - (0.10 * (age)) + 73.0

 

height for female in cm =

= (1.12 * (demispan)) - (0.15 * (age)) + 85.7
