Description

The Elderly International Prognostic Index (E-IPI) is used to evaluate older adults with diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL).


Patient selection: diffuse large B-cell lymphoma with age > 60 years.

 

Parameters:

(1) age of the patient in years

(2) serum LDH in U/L relative to the upper limit of the normal reference range (ULN)

(3) ECOG performance status

(4) Ann Arbor stage

(5) extranodal sites
