Description

Milwidsky et al reported echocardiographic criteria for the Killip classification (eKillip) in a patient with heart failure. The authors are from Tel-Aviv Sourasky Medical Center and Tel Aviv University.

Patient selection: heart failure

Parameters:

(1) left ventricular diastolic function (LVDD) based on E/A, E/e and LAVI

(2) stroke volume (SVI) in mL per square meter
