Differential diagnosis of a heart-hand syndrome:

(1) Char syndrome

(2) heart-hand syndrome of Gelb et al

(3) Holt-Oram syndrome

(4) Tabatznik syndrome

(5) heart-hand type III

(6) thrombocytopenia-absent radius syndrome (TAR)

(7) ulnar-mammary syndrome

(8) Rubinstein-Taybi syndrome

(9) Simpson-Golabi-Behmel syndrome

(10) Robinow syndrome

(11) Ellis-van Creveld syndrome
