(1) rheumatoid arthritis
(2) systemic lupud erythematosus
(3) polymyalgia rheumatica
(4) polymyositis
(5) spondyloarthropathy and reactive arthropathy
(6) osteomalacia
(7) polyarticular osteoarthritis
(8) peripheral neuropathy
(9) multiple sclerosis
(10) Lyme disease
(11) viral hepatitis
(12) hyperparathyroidism
(13) Cushing's syndrome
(14) Addison's disease
(15) hypothyroidism
(16) drug-induced
