Patient selection: trauma-related shock
Differential diagnosis:
(1) cardiac tamponade
(2) tension pneumothorax
(3) pulmonary embolism
(4) cardiac contusion
(5) acute coronary syndrome
(6) septic shock
(7) adrenal insufficiency
(8) hemorrhagic/hypovolemic shock
(9) spinal cord injury with neurogenic shock
(10) anaphylaxis
