A number of conditions may be associated with bilateral blurring of vision.
Conditions that may be associated with bilateral blurred vision:
(1) drug (including those causing paresis of accommodation or papilledema)
(2) papilledema
(3) narcolepsy
(4) abnormally low or high blood pressure (systemic hypotension/hypertension)
(5) vertebrobasilar insufficiency
(6) migraine (transient during attack)
(7) refractive error
(8) retinal blackout during high gravitational (g) forces (pilot, other)
where:
• Severe hypertension may be associated with papilledema.
