A patient with a primary immunodeficiency may show hypopigmentation of hair, eyes and/or skin. This combination can be seen in a number of conditions.
Conditions associated with hypopigmentation and primary immunodeficiency:
(1) Chediak-Higashi syndrome (with oculocutaneous albinism)
(2) Hermansky-Pudlak syndrome (with partial oculocutaneous albinism)
(3) Griscelli syndrome type 2
(4) P14/LAMTOR2 deficiency
(5) Vici syndrome
