Albertsen et al reported the Danish Comorbidity Indices for Acute Myocardial Infarction (DANCAMI). One model is limited to non-cardiovascular conditions. The authors are from Aarhus University Hospital, University of Auckland, and Regional Hospital of West Jutland.
