High risk cytologic features:
(1) no or few differentiating/mature cells (poorly differentiated)
(2) predominantly neuroblastic component (stroma poor)
(3) mitosis-karyorrhexis index (MKI) > 2%
High risk tumors are usually MYCN amplified (by FISH or PCR)
