Gaedigk et al reported the CYP2D6 Activity Score to describe the activity of a patient's two CYP2D6 alleles. The authors are from Children's Mercy Hospital Kansas City, Morehouse School of Medicine (Atlanta), and the Univeristy of Louisville.
