Interpretation:
• minimum score: 0
• maximum score: 4
• A score of >= 3 had a sensitivity of 91% and specificity of 82% (Youden 0.73).
• A score of 4 has a sensitivity of 72% and specificity of 96% (Youden 0.68).
• A score of >= 2 had a sensitivity of 98% and specificity of 60% (Youden 0.58).
