Clinical features of acute cellulitis - all of the following:
(1) acute onset (over < 72 hours)
(2) demarcated cutaneous inflammation
(3) presence of one or more of the following findings:
(3a) fever
(3b) chills
(3c) leukocytosis (white blood cell count > 10,500 per µL)
(4) absence of abscess and necrotizing fasciitis
