R: renal insufficiency
A: anemia
B: bone lesions
Talamo et al list 10 non-CRAB symptoms that can occur in myeloma:
(1) neuropathy
(2) extramedullary involvement
(3) hyperviscosity syndrome
(4) amyloidosis
(5) coagulopathy
(6) fever, weight loss or other systemic symptoms
(7) plasma cell leukemia
(8) infections
(9) cryoglobulinemia
(10) secondary gout
