Ways to avoid misidentified fish:
(1) catch it yourself
(2) buy only from trusted fish mongers
(3) have some method of tracing in the supply chain (bitcoin, RFID, other)
(4) become familiar with the various types of fish
(5) have molecular method available for species identification
