Anal fisting is a form of "rough sex" with the fist being inserted through the anal sphincter.
Fisting may be:
(1) consensual or non-consensual
(2) involve the vagina (female) or anorectum (male or female)
Complications may include:
(1) rectal perforation
(2) laceration of the anal sphincter
(3) fecal incontinence
(4) transmission of infectious diseases if hand unprotected (sexually-transmitted diseases, hepatitis C, hepatitis B, Shigella, etc)
